Good health begins with a good relationship with a primary care physician. From childhood through adulthood, our team will care for you through all the stages of life. Patients of AnMed Health physician practices have the added benefit of a shared health record. In order to provide seamless, high-quality care, all primary care, specialty care and urgent care physicians in the AnMed Health network have access to patients' electronic health records.
Meet Your Family Medicine Providers
Dr. David Finney
Dr. Finney is a graduate of the AnMed Health Family Medicine Residency Program. He earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and his bachelor's degree at the University of Southern Mississippi.
Dr. Kenneth Jackson
Dr. Jackson is a board-certified family medicine physician and a graduate of the AnMed Health Family Medicine Residency Program, where he served as chief resident. He earned his medical degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his bachelor’s degree at Clemson University.
Dr. J. Parker Miller
Dr. Miller is a graduate of Clemson University and the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). He completed his family medicine residency at AnMed Health, and has previously cared for patients at CareConnect, AnMed Health Urgent Care.
Dr. Glen Quattlebaum
Dr. Quattlebaum is a board-certified family medicine physician and a graduate of the Trident Family Medicine Residency Program in Charleston. He has an M.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine as well as a master’s degree in public health from the UNC School of Public Health. He also graduated from Clemson University with a degree in microbiology and molecular medicine.
Jocelyn Sikes is an R.N. and a family nurse practitioner. She has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Clemson University and has worked in cardiovascular intensive care.

Dr. Edmond Jordan
Dr. Jordan is a board-certified urgent care physician with more than 30 years experience — most of which has been serving the Clemson community. He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) after completing his undergraduate studies at Clemson University.
