Display Ship Ahead:
Displays may be shipped to the hotel at the address above to arrive no earlier than one day prior to the event (Friday, February 24th).  Please mark the shipment to the attention of Brandy Hardy.  You may pick up your shipment at the front desk of the hotel upon arrival.  You may leave your shipment for UPS or FedEx pick-up after the event as long as it is picked up by Monday, February 27th.  Please make your own arrangements for pick-up.

Exhibitor Registration:

The exhibit fee for this conference is $2,000. For this fee you will be provided a space of approximately 8' x 10' for your exhibit, acknowledgment of your participation during the conference, and two vendor passes to the event for the purposes of providing the display. Exhibit opportunity has been offered to approximately 20 vendors. Exhibit space is located in a ballroom adjacent to the area in which the conference will occur.

On the day of the event, exhibitor registration will take place between 7:00 and 7:45 a.m. on February 25th in the lower lobby of the Event Center. Upon registering, you will receive two vendor passes. These passes are required for breakfast, lunch and networking at the symposium.

Set Up and Parking:
Exhibitors may set up at the following times:
Friday, February 24th, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 25th, 7:00 – 7:30 a.m.

For convenient access to the Topaz ballroom, please unload and load your vehicle at the side entrance to the hotel near the outdoor courtyard.  A ramp and parking are available at this entrance.

Exhibit Space:
Vendor exhibits will be located in the Topaz ballroom. One 8-ft table will be provided. Please complete all of the information on the attached form to reserve your space and communicate any special requests. Please remain set-up through the end of the afternoon break.
