Email A Patient
To email a patient hospitalized at the AnMed Health Medical Center or the AnMed Health Women & Children's Hospital, complete the form below and click Send. An AnMed Health volunteer will deliver the email to the patient's room. Patient emails received after 2:00pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next day. Emails received after 2:00pm on Friday, or those received on Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered on Monday.

Emails cannot be delivered to patients in the Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, or Outpatient Surgery or to patients who are having outpatient tests performed.

Emails cannot be sent or delivered to patients in any of AnMed Health's outlying facilities.

When filling out the form below, please be sure to include the patient's first and last name to ensure the email is delivered to the correct individual. Please do not use nicknames.
