A course is a live CME activity where the learner participates in person. A course is planned as an individual event.

Documentation that needs to be submitted to the CME office prior to the activity, after it has been approved for CME credit:

- Joint providership agreement
- Final agenda
- Final marketing piece (brochure, postcard, email, flyer etc.)
- Disclosure forms
- Speaker letters
- Proof of disclosure announcement
- Letters of agreement for all grantors (if applicable)
- Proof of commercial support acknowledgement (if applicable)
- The evaluation form that you will be using
