A course is a live CME activity where the learner participates in person. A course is planned as an individual event.

Examples: annual meeting, live conference, workshop, dinner lecture, lunch and learn, seminar

To apply for CME credit:

  • CME application
  • Tips on writing learning objectives
  • Sample needs assessments
  • Disclosure forms
  • Example flyer

Documentation that needs to be submitted to the CME office prior to the activity, after it has been approved for CME credit:

  • Final marketing piece (email, flyer etc.)
  • Disclosure forms
  • Proof of disclosure announcement
  • Proof of commercial support acknowledgement (if applicable)
  • The evaluation form that you will be using

An overall yearly evaluation must be submitted by the activity director.
