A course is a live CME activity where the learner participates in person. A course is planned as an individual event.
Examples: annual meeting, live conference, workshop, dinner lecture, lunch and learn, seminar

Documentation that needs to be submitted to the CME office prior to the activity, after it has been approved for CME credit:
- Final marketing piece (email, flyer etc.)
- Disclosure forms
- Proof of disclosure announcement
- Proof of commercial support acknowledgement (if applicable)
- The evaluation form that you will be using
An overall yearly evaluation must be submitted by the activity director.
