Gait Analysis Clinic

Gait Analysis Clinic

Running is one of the most popular forms of exercise. It's cost-effective, simple and enjoyable for many. Unfortunately, however, it can often lead to injury. If you're a runner experiencing any kind of pain in your foot, ankle, knee, hip or back, here's some news that may improve — or even save — your running career.

AnMed Health's Gait Analysis Clinic is designed to help anyone — whether a novice or seasoned athlete — learn how to reduce pain, boost performance and prevent future injury while running. By observing your natural walking and running patterns, our fellowship-trained sports medicine physician will evaluate your whole kinetic chain including flexibility, strength and posture to identify and treat any potential cause of injury.

The Gait Analysis Clinic is open from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays at AnMed Health LifeChoice, located in the Cardiac and Orthopaedic Center at the AnMed Health North Campus. For an appointment, speak with your doctor or call 864-314-1678

July 2014: The Gait Analysis Clinic has changed to Friday afternoons from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m. while Dr. Edsall transitions to his new position at AnMed Health Pendleton Family Medicine. Watch this site for more news about the clinic
