Events bring community-minded people together and offer unique opportunities to partner with the AnMed Health Foundation to financially support programs that provide access to excellent health care at AnMed Health. We are committed to hosting events that are not only fun and engaging, but also provide opportunities for donors to express their charitable giving spirit and support a variety of worthy programs.
We hope you will consider participating in one of our events – as a sponsor, volunteer or participant – and be a part of our philanthropic efforts and help ensure that quality healthcare is available to you, your family and neighbors when you need it.
Right care. Right here.
For the past 26 years, the AnMed Health Foundation has hosted the Camellia Ball, Anderson's premiere philanthropic event, to support the mission and programs of AnMed Health. Over the years the Camellia Ball has raised $3 million through the generosity of sponsors, volunteers and attendees. With the uncertainty of life with COVID-19 this year, the AnMed Health Foundation Board of Trustees has developed a plan to bring Camellia Ball supporters together in a safe, meaningful way for the 27th year of the Camellia Ball. In February 2021, we're bringing Camellia Home - following CDC/DHEC guidelines for safety with a fun, social and heartfelt experience to support the mission of AnMed Health. Please visit www.camelliaball.com for more information.
The second Tuesday of October, our Kids Classic golf tournament brings together community partners to raise funds that benefit educational programs such as Safe Kids, DocLink, Reach Out and Read, and AnMed Health Children's Health Center. These programs support children and their families in our community by providing valuable resources with a focus on safety, healthy living, literacy, and access to healthcare. Kids Classic is a fun day of golf and networking at the beautiful Cateechee course in Hartwell, Georgia. For more information about this year's tournament, click here or call us at 864.512.3477.
