Meet Your Family Medicine Providers
Dr. David Finney
Dr. Finney is a graduate of the AnMed Health Family Medicine Residency Program. He earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and his bachelor's degree at the University of Southern Mississippi.
Dr. Kenneth Jackson
Dr. Jackson is a board-certified family medicine physician and a graduate of the AnMed Health Family Medicine Residency Program, where he served as chief resident. He earned his medical degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his bachelor’s degree at Clemson University.
Dr. J. Parker Miller
Dr. Miller is a graduate of Clemson University and the South Carolina School of Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at AnMed Health, and has previously cared for patients at CareConnect, AnMed Health Urgent Care.
Dr. Glen Quattlebaum
Dr. Quattlebaum is a board-certified family medicine physician and a graduate of the Trident Family Medicine Residency Program in Charleston. He has an M.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine as well as a master’s degree in public health from the UNC School of Public Health. He also graduated from Clemson University with a degree in microbiology and molecular medicine.
Jocelyn Sikes, FNP
Jocelyn Sikes is an R.N. and a family nurse practitioner. She has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Clemson University and has worked in cardiovascular intensive care.

Dr. Edmond Jordan
Dr. Jordan is a board-certified urgent care physician with more than 30 years experience -- most of which has been serving the Clemson community. He earned his medical degree from the Medical School of the University of South Carolina (MUSC) after completing his undergraduate studies at Clemson University.

Dr. Shazia Siddiqui
Dr. Siddiqui is a graduate of St. Joseph’s Women’s College in
Kerala, India. She completed medical school at Sindh Medical
College in Karachi, Pakistan. Dr. Siddiqui then completed family
medicine residency training at Columbus Regional Health in
Columbus, Ga. She is board certified by the American Board
of Family Medicine.
Dr. Bradley Swenson
Dr. Swenson is a board-certified physician who specializes in emergency medicine. He also is trained in advanced trauma life support and wilderness medicine After receiving his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina, Dr. Swenson studied emergency medicine at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
