"Evolve" your fitness and activity level

AnMed Health Evolve offers medically-supervised training and care for both athletes and non-athletes seeking to achieve goals for physical activity while preventing injury. Directed by a fellowship-trained sports medicine physician and former Olympic athlete, Evolve is designed to meet you where you are, regardless of your age, fitness level or goals. Whether you're a serious or casual athlete, we can help improve your strength, power, performance and safety.

Gait analysis

Our sports medicine physician will observe your natural walking and running patterns to evaluate flexibility, strength and posture. Based on this evaluation, he will prescribe a course of customized exercise to treat existing or potential causes of pain and injury.

Physical therapy

Whether you've been prescribed physical therapy for a sports-related injury or other condition, our experienced therapist will work with you to achieve your goals. We work with patients of all ages to provide therapy after surgery and to treat sprains, strains, tendinitis, bursitis, joint pain, and work-related injuries.

Other services

Although Evolve puts special emphasis on injury prevention, we are also available to provide specialized care for injuries if and when they occur. Our sports medicine physician provides injury assessment as well as ultrasound-guided steroid injections when needed.
