Every parent has been there. It's after 5 p.m. or it's the weekend, and your child needs to see a doctor now. Do you call? Do you wait? Kids are unpredictable and so are their needs. AnMed Health Kids' Care is an outpatient hospital clinic that provides immediate treatment for life's minor illnesses and injuries. There's no appointment necessary and the Kids' Care staff is specially trained to care for children and teens. Whether it's a bump or bruise, a cough or cold, Kids' Care is a convenient and reliable resource when your child's illness is not life threatening but still needs medical attention.
Although Kids' Care accepts Medicaid, most major insurance plans and self pay patients, our costs tend to be higher than a pediatric practice or an urgent care clinic. You will receive a bill from the facility and from the physician. For this and other reasons, Kids' Care is not a substitute for your regular pediatrician's office and should only be used when your child's regular doctor is unavailable.
Hours and Location
Kids' Care is located on the AnMed Health North Campus at Entrance A of the Oglesby Center. We're open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m. No appointment necessary.
